2. Alpha Trans will provide separately “Personal Information Protection Regulations” and “Management Manual for Personal Information” to indicate specific actions to be taken as an employee of Alpha Trans.
3. Alpha Trans will provide education and training in a planned manner in order to inform all employees of the personal information management and urge strict adherence to it.
4. Alpha Trans will strive to manage information appropriately by regularly inspecting and evaluating the status of compliance for the basic policy of information management and review measures for the information management in a timely manner.

Alpha Trans will collect necessary personal information in the course of business. When Alpha Trans collects such personal information, we will clearly state or officially announce the purpose of use.

Alpha Trans will not disclose or provide personal information to a third party without first obtaining the prior consent of the person.However, the provided personal information may be provided to an outsourcing company within the purpose of use.
In such case, we will make a confidential agreement with an outsourcing company and appropriately supervise the outsourcing company so that it provides the equivalent information management to us.
